Lifetime Warranty applies to Elorā and Sinterra only when the surface is fitted by Mo’s Stonex or an approved fabricator; otherwise a 25-year warranty applies (15 years for Terra). Natural variation in colour, pattern and texture is inherent to stone and is not a defect. All goods must be inspected at delivery; once a slab has been accepted, cut or installed, claims cannot be accepted. Full conditions are set out in each warranty document.
