Payments & Safety
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Bank transfers are also available upon request.
All prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes, these will be added at checkout.
Delivery
Lead Time
Lead times vary depending on the material and availability. In-stock items are typically dispatched quickly, while sourced materials may require additional time. Our team will confirm timelines at the point of order.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the size of the order and location. A clear quotation will be provided before confirming your order.
Orders & Processing
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within a limited timeframe after confirmation. As materials are often reserved or prepared to order, cancellations may not always be possible.
What if I want an out-of-stock item?
We can often source or reserve similar materials. Please contact our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can you source a stone that is not on your website?
Yes, we can often source additional materials beyond our current range. Get in touch with our team and we’ll see what we can do.
Product & Quality
Do you check the quality before delivery?
Yes, all materials are checked to ensure they meet our quality standards before dispatch. We also recommend that your fabricator inspects the slabs upon delivery before any work begins.
Are all slabs the same?
No, many of our stones are natural materials, and each slab will have its own variation in colour, veining and movement. We always recommend viewing the slab before final selection, where possible.
How do I choose the right stone?

Installation & Use
What are your slabs suitable for?
Our materials are suitable for a range of applications, including kitchen worktops, bathrooms and wall features. We can advise on the best option for your specific use.
Do you offer installation?
We specialise in supplying stone. However, we work closely with a trusted company that specialises in templating and installation. You can request a quote through us, and we’ll arrange the process for you.
Process
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is confirmed, we will coordinate preparation and delivery, keeping you informed throughout the process.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Returns are considered in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a slab arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us before fabrication begins and we will put it right.
Once a slab has been accepted, or fabrication has started, we cannot accept returns, each slab is inspected and approved before work begins for exactly this reason.
