For international payments, IBAN and SWIFT codes are required. For UK payments, standard bank details such as account number and sort code are sufficient.
Return policy
All return and refund requests are subject to the About Stones Terms and Conditions. Submitting this form does not guarantee that a return or refund will be approved. Each request will be reviewed by a member of our team, and you may be contacted for additional information where necessary.
Returns must be approved in writing before any goods are sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused. Goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Slabs, custom orders, pre-orders, and any goods that have been cut, installed, or used are non-returnable.
Processing times
Return requests are typically reviewed within 14 working days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmation.
